Hey there! This is a 20 Minute Restorative Yoga Sequence, Great for all Levels, perfect if your having trouble sleeping or feeling anxious, stressed out or need to decompress. Restorative Yoga is great way to relax, we use blankets and pillows to support our bodies in super gentle poses that help to slowly open up and stretch our muscles. If your having trouble sleeping this is a great sequence to do before bed or any time of the day. Put on your favorite comfy clothes, grab some extra pillows, lower the lights and find some peace.
