Hey Yogis! This is a 25 Minute Gentle Flow Yoga Class for all levels. This Yoga Class is a full body gentle workout with a short Meditation to start, some gentle stretching, strengthening and Balance work. Grab a blanket if your knees are troublesome a block or two if you have them, throw on some comfy clothes and join us!
