Hey Everyone! This is a 30 Minute complete beginners Yoga class, an Introduction to Yoga, perfect for the complete beginner. This is part one of a 3 part series. Be sure to subscribe to be notified when the next Beginners videos are uploaded. We start with basics in this class, learning, how to breath, learning how to sit comfortably, we go over some key poses and finish with a nice Shavasana (Final rest) This video is perfect for total newbies or those looking for a refresher course. Start doing this video 3x's a week and begin to see results in your flexibility and strength, once you are confident in the beginners videos feel free to move on to Gentle Yoga and Gentle Flow Yoga increasing your practice to 4-5 times a week.
