Join me for this 40 minute Standing Sequence of Ashtanga Yoga, we run thru the first half of the primary series, then on to a short closing sequence. This Yoga Class is great for those new to Ashtanga Yoga as I offer many modifications to some of the more dificult posses of the Primary series, and we take it a bit slower. More advanced students will enjoy it as aswell if your short on time.
