Hey Friends! This is video #3 of 3 videos on Yoga for Beginners which is a great class for seniors. A great introduction to some of the more common posses in Yoga. We take it super slow with just enough explanation but not too much. We cover poses such as gate pose, Warrior 1 pose and tree pose. If you haven't done yoga before try out Videos 1 and 2 as well. Links below. Start doing this video 3x's a week and begin to see results in your flexibility and strength, once you are confident in the beginners videos feel free to move on to Gentle Yoga and Gentle Flow Yoga increasing your practice to 4-5 times a week.
