Hey there! Join me for this 15 minute Vinyasa Flow video. We will strengthen, stretch, balance and breathe thru this fun short 15 minute Vinyasa Flow full body Yoga Sequence. This is an intermediate level Yoga class, however if you are a beginner, feel free to give it a shot and do whatever you can do within your means : ) Always being aware of your body and how each pose feels for you, scaling back whenever you need a break, knowing that childs pose is always an option.
